One of the primary keys of the site is the "Promo" boxes that appear to the left bottom and right of the main article content. These objects are data driven, can be placed in various locations and can even rotate content in and out. The site is a web site add-on package for Real Estate professionals who pay a monthly fee for a personalized version. The focus of the site is to capture lead information by offering real estate information in exchange for contact information, primarily by offering informational reports and newsletters.

Description: HealthTraining.com is an informational site used to describe the services of ACT College. I was responsible for all phases of the development including graphic design. This site is no longer under my maintenance.

Description: MPCC.net is an informational site used to describe the services of MP Computer Consultants. Not visible is a secure employees only area that is access controlled utilizing security certificates for maximum security. The employee section has project tracking, knowledge base and an employee messaging section. I was responsible for all phases of the development including graphic design and all back end functionality.
Company: Fulfillment Solutions
Description: Go-FSI.com is an informational data-driven front end site with a MSSQL 2000 back end. Site highlights include request for client FTP access as well as a shipment tracker that interfaces with UPS and Fed Ex API.
Back-End: FSI also includes extensive back end functionality including an intranet administration site, B2B client order sites, ASP.NET Web Services for order placement and order details, VB.NET Windows Services to FTP File Management and VB.NET End of Day program for order status update and shipment confirmation email processing. I was responsible for all phases of the development including graphic design and all back end functionality.
Company: Ambulatory Care Outcomes Research Network (ACORN)
Description: The ACORN site is a pilot study data-driven site built through a grant from the Virginia Commonwealth University. The focus of the site is to gather patient (primarily age 65+) medical history and current health behaviors. The data is collected, compiled and back end site logic posts recommendations of specific areas of discussion for upcoming patient appointments including correcting unhealthy behaviors, updating out of date screening tests and pointing out Family and Personal history of diseases. The research aspect of the site is to gauge the effectiveness of such a system for possible future expansion. Due to the sensitive nature of the research data only screen grabs are available.
Back-End: The site is data-driven using a MSSQL back end and stored procedures. The site also includes a VB.NET back end scheduled email response system to periodically survey site members on the effectiveness of the system. I was responsible for all phases of the development including graphic design and all back end functionality.

Description: The Fairfax Family Practice web site is a data-driven multi-theme web site geared towards patient services and resident information. There are 4 themes all driven through database values "Patient Services", "Residency Applicants", "Employee Section", and "Administration" all protected by level access and controlled by member log-in. The site includes multiple methods of content updating including on-line editing and updating of database information for dynamic display. Patient Services also includes online forms for appointment scheduling, Rx Refills and other various services. Site is scheduled to be launched September 1st 2005.
